The smelting process comprises the following steps: carrying out chemical component analysis on the return scrap, and carrying out new material proportioning according to the component requirements of the GH2026 alloy; the return scrap is heated and melted, when 60-80 wt% of the return scrap is melted, new materials except the titanium element and the boron element are added, and molten steel is obtained through melting; the molten steel is refined, and refined molten steel is obtained; finely adjusting the content of elements except the boron element in the refined molten steel, and finely adjusting the content of the boron element in the refined molten steel to obtain standard molten steel; and under the argon atmosphere, the standard molten steel is cast, and the GH2026 alloy is obtained.
