Zusammenfassung: | A complex in which a protein or nucleic acid binds to a liposome prepared from a pulmonary surfactant can be selectively delivered to the lung while maintaining its original form and function without compromising the structure of the protein or nucleic acid when administered in vivo. In addition, the complex effectively fuses with a pulmonary surfactant membrane present in pulmonary alveoli, thereby effectively delivering a bound protein or nucleic acid (gene) to surrounding cells, and has low toxicity and excellent structural stability.
