For example, an impeller may include a first set of blades having one geometry and a second set of fan blades having another geometry. This enables the dual inlet centrifugal fan to generate different airflow performance characteristics for air entering one fan inlet compared to air entering the other fan inlet. Impellers with different fan blade configurations can better handle airflow entering the fan assembly through different air inlets, particularly when airflow conditions through the air inlets differ due to hindering structures (e.g., motors, struts, etc.).
