Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a titanium-based MOF (Metal Organic Framework) and application of the titanium-based MOF in separation and purification of immune globulin. The preparation method of the titanium-based MOF comprises the following steps: dissolving terephthalic acid in a mixed solution of DMF and methanol, adding tetrabutyl titanate into the mixed solution, mixing and stirring, storing in a reaction kettle, and cooling to obtain white powder; and respectively washing with DMF (Dimethyl Formamide), methanol and ethanol, and carrying out vacuum drying and cooling to obtain a target product. Adding the prepared titanium-based MOF stock solution into a serum sample, vibrating and centrifuging to remove supernate, eluting the eluent, and taking out the supernate to obtain a purified immune globulin G sample.
