本发明公开了一种抗菌台布的制备方法,生产原料包括:聚丙烯树脂100份,增韧剂40~60份,抗氧剂2~4份,润滑剂1~2份,分子组合抗菌母粒4~8份;所述分子组合抗菌母粒按照如下方法制备:a、按照如下质量份数比例量取原料:聚丙烯树脂30~50份,甲基丙烯酸羟基丙酯5~10份,季膦盐0.1~2份,光稳定剂1~20份,溶剂100份;b、将上述原料添加至反应釜中,搅拌速度150~200r/min,维持体系温度30~50℃反应30~60min,然后将产物经800~1200W高压汞灯照0.5~3s;将所得光照产物经100~120℃热处理1~2h,即得。其优点是:本发明的抗菌台布与现有技术相比抗菌效果更稳定...
