Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a selenium-containing benzamide compound and a green synthesis method and application thereof, and the method comprises the following steps: dissolving an indole compound, a benzisoselenazolone compound and a cuprous catalyst in a solvent, carrying out heating reaction, and after the reaction is finished, carrying out column chromatography purification on the reaction system to obtain the selenium-containing benzamide compound. The compound has potential application in preparation of drugs for treating various malignant tumors. The compound especially has good inhibitory activity on human breast cancer MCF-7 cells and human ovarian cancer SKOV-3 cells.
