The system comprises: a computing system having at least one of a plurality of processors, the at least one of the plurality of processors being arranged as an active processor node; at least one data storage device, wherein the at least one data storage device comprises a first ledger corresponding to the first block chain and a second ledger corresponding to the second block chain; at least one standby processor node; and at least one standby data storage device.
