Zusammenfassung: | A real-time assistance system provides an intuitive display of assistance information on a user's graphical user interface. A help request is received from a client device, and a real-time help provider interface is initiated at a real-time help location. Data relating to a location of a user (including data on an external device in the location of the user) is acquired. Indicators are provided to allow a real-time help provider to point to or otherwise indicate items on or outside of a user interface. Real-time help input is captured at a real-time help provider interface. The instructions are then communicated to a display of the client device to display real-time help input, as if the agent is present and interacts with or indicates an on-screen or off-screen item.
