Slurry composite material and preparation method and mold thereof

The invention discloses a pasty composite material which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 55-85% of a component A, 8-28% of a solid filler, 2-10% of a suspending agent and 2-10% of an auxiliary agent, the component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 70%-90% of an epoxy acrylate solution, 3%-17% of a polyurethane prepolymer, 3%-9% of an initiator and 2%-6% of an accelerant. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the pasty composite material and a mold made of the pasty composite material. The pasty composite material disclosed by the invention can be cured and molded at normal temperature; when the pasty composite material disclosed by the invention is used for manufacturing a mold, the manufacturing efficiency is good, the manufacturing cost is low, the manufactured mold is high in strength, small in deformation quantity, high in dimensional precision and good in moisture absorption resistance, and the requirement for repeated use of the mold
