Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of heavy oil reservoir exploitation, and particularly relates to a method for exploiting a heavy oil reservoir by utilizing shaft catalytic heat generation, which comprises the following steps of: injecting high-pressure steam into an injection well and a production well to preheat a stratum; a front hot water slug, a hot water slug carrying a chemical exothermic reaction catalyst and a rear hot water slug are injected into the injection well, and soaking is conducted; in the injection well, hot water is injected from the oil pipe, steam and a non-condensate gas mixture containing carbon, hydrogen and oxygen elements are injected from the annular space of the oil pipe and the sleeve, and the hot water and the non-condensate gas mixture containing the carbon, hydrogen and oxygen elements are mixed; under the action of wellhead injection pressure, high-temperature steam, light hydrocarbon and residual gas which is not completely reacted generated at the bottom of the
