The invention further provides a battery pack anti-collision structure which comprises a battery pack body, a vehicle body and the battery pack anti-collision device, the first assembly of the battery pack anti-collision device is connected to the battery pack body, the second assembly of the battery pack anti-collision device is connected to the vehicle body, and the battery pack anti-collision device is used for buffering side impact borne by the battery pack body.
