The device comprises a rock core holder, a liquid container, a gas detection component and a processing chip. After the rock core is saturated with the formation water in the liquid container, the first permeability of the rock core in the rock core holder is obtained through the gas logging component; after the rock core is saturated with the fracturing fluid in the fluid container, the second permeability of the rock core is obtained again; and the processing chip calculates the damage rate of the rock core according to the first permeability and the second permeability.
