The nitrogen-oxygen sensor control system comprises a diagonal matrix decoupling system, three paths of PID controllers, an electrode I, an electrode II, an electrode III, an electrode IV and an electrode V, wherein the PID controllers are set by a prediction method controlled by an internal model; the electrode I, the electrode II, the electrode III, the electrode IV and the electrode V are used for measuring and controlling voltage signals and are all composed of Pt or Pt-Au; according to the method, system output signal decomposition and identification are carried out on three paths of input and three paths of output of the nitrogen-oxygen sensor through time domain step signals in different time periods, and an accurate transfer function expression of the nitrogen-oxygen sensor is obtained.
