Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an efficient recovery system and method for resin-based composite waste, and relates to the technical field of carbon fiber recovery equipment. The carbon fiber resin composite material is fixed on a bracket by a supporting partition plate and is fed into a heating furnace tube. Argon is introduced after vacuumizing, the microwave generator is started, and the materials are heated to be cracked. And after the cracking reaction is finished, introducing air/oxygen, starting an electric heating tube, and carrying out oxidation carbon removal treatment on the cracked product to efficiently recover the carbon fiber. And the generated liquid is collected in the collecting crucible and then flows into the collecting and separating system. Generated high-temperature gas is exhausted through an exhaust port and enters a waste heat recovery system, heat is conducted to n-pentane in a heat exchange pipeline, n-pentane is gasified to drive turbine blades to rotate to generate electricity, and the
