Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method and application of an electrochemical immunosensor for detecting aflatoxin B1. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, curcumin is wrapped in ZIF-8 to form CCM (ZIF)-8, and then PDA and anti-mouse IgG are modified on the surface of the CCM (ZIF)-8, so that an electrochemical nanoprobe is obtained.
