Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of metal material repairing processes, and particularly discloses an electric spark deposition-cold pressure welding composite repairing method which comprises the following steps: S1, depositing a layer of metal on the surface of a defect of a non-ferrous metal alloy base material by adopting an electric spark deposition process to obtain a deposited metal layer; s2, a vibration rod is adopted to perpendicularly act on the surface of the deposited metal layer and exert pressure on the surface of the deposited metal layer, so that the deposited metal layer is compressed, pressure is generated on local deposited metal making contact with the deposited metal layer, cold pressure welding is conducted, the vibration rod is moved, and cold pressure welding is conducted on all the deposited metal layer; and S3, the step S1 and the step S2 are repeated until the whole defect position is fully filled and is 1.0-2.0 mm higher than the surrounding base material, and repair welding is
