Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a tripeptide modification-based solid multi-nanopore copper ion ultra-trace detection method. The inner surfaces of nanopores are modified by adopting a covalent modification method. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, chemically etching a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) film to obtain a porous conical nano-channel with carboxyl on the inner surface, so that the porous conical nano-channel is negatively charged under a neutral condition, and a tripeptide molecule is provided with an amino-terminated chain, so that tripeptide can be modified to the inner surface of the nano-pore through a covalent reaction method to obtain the tripeptide modified nano-pore. Due to the high affinity of the bivalent copper ions, the bivalent copper ions can be complexed with the tripeptide to form GHK-Cu, so that blue copper peptide is generated, and the tripeptide modified nano channel shows overbalance detection on the copper ions. And modification is carried out by using a |
