Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of colorimetric and fluorescent bifunctional microspheres with a double-sided structure, which specifically comprises the following steps: dissolving aggregation-induced emission dye, oil-soluble gold nanoparticles and polymaleic anhydride octadecene in trichloromethane, then mixing with an aqueous solution containing lauryl sodium sulfate, and carrying out ultrasonic emulsification to obtain an emulsion; and after trichloromethane is removed, centrifugally separating to obtain the colorimetric and fluorescent bifunctional microspheres with the double-sided structure. The prepared microspheres have colorimetric signals of colloidal gold nanoparticles and fluorescent signals of aggregation-induced emission materials at the same time, and compared with traditional fluorescent microspheres, the prepared microspheres can achieve naked eye interpretation capacity and fluorescent quantitative detection capacity at the same time.
