Zusammenfassung:The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a container-packed composition in which a heat-deteriorated odor, such as a cooking odor based on food materials such as soy sauce, meat, and soy protein contained therein, is reduced; a processed food using the composition; a method for producing the processed food; and a composition for suppressing the peculiar smell of meat, regardless of the type of meat, and improving the flavor of meat so that people can feel the delicious taste of meat.
