The preparation method comprises the following steps: synthesizing g-C3N4 through a muffle furnace, then carrying out ultrasonic exfoliation to obtain ultrathin nanosheets, stirring and mixing chlamydomonas cultured to a logarithmic phase with the ultrathin nanosheets, and loading g-C3N4 nanoparticles on the surfaces of chlamydomonas cells to construct a chlamydomonas/carbon nitride binary composite nano photocatalytic material system with a photo-induced directional movement property.
