Zusammenfassung:The invention provides application of Babaodan in preparation of an NF-kB-UPS signal channel inhibitor and application of Babaodan in preparation of a medicine for preventing or treating amyotrophy and/or cancer cachexia. The research on the influence of the eight-treasure pill on the TNF-alpha activated NF-kB-UPS signal channel in the mouse myoblasts proves that the eight-treasure pill can inhibit the TNF-alpha activated NF-kB-UPS signal channel in the mouse myoblasts, so that the eight-treasure pill can be used for preventing or treating amyotrophy and/or cancer cachexia. 本发明提供八宝丹在制备NF-κB-UPS信号通路抑制剂中的用途以及在制备用于预防或治疗肌肉萎缩和/或癌症恶病质的药物中的用途。本发明通过研究八宝丹对小鼠成肌细胞中TNF-α激活的NF-κB-UPS信号通路的影响,证明了八宝丹可以抑制小鼠成肌细胞中TNF-α激活的NF-κB-UPS信号通路,进而可以用于预防或治疗肌肉萎缩和/或癌症恶病质。
