Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a 4D printer for printing a liquid crystal elastomer and a liquid crystal elastomer 4D printing method, the 4D printer comprises a printing platform, a material spraying device is arranged above the printing platform, the material spraying device comprises a spraying head, and the spraying head is used for spraying a liquid crystal elastomer material onto the printing platform; the liquid crystal elastomer material is a polymer material which can be cured through a photo-crosslinking reaction; a photocuring component is arranged on the material spraying device; the liquid crystal elastomer reversibly deforms at the liquid crystal transformation temperature; the spray head can move on a plane parallel to the printing platform, and the printing platform can move in the direction close to or away from the printing platform; and a refrigerating device is arranged below the printing platform. The intelligent liquid crystal elastomer material is combined with the 3D printing technology, and
