The pixel shift processing unit gradually changes a gradation level of at least one dummy pixel in a dummy pixel region adjacent to the active pixel region until a target gradation level of the pixel data, and when the active pixel region is shifted, the pixel shift processing unit shifts the active pixel region until the target gradation level of the pixel data.
