The invention discloses a composite antibacterial and mildewproof coating and a use method thereof, the composite antibacterial and mildewproof coating comprises a hydrophobic and oleophobic component and an antibacterial and mildewproof component, the hydrophobic and oleophobic component comprises a perfluoropolyether compound and a fluorine solvent; the antibacterial and mildew-proof component comprises the following components in molar ratio: 82-90% of a mixture of a silicon-oxygen compound and an alcohol ether solvent and 10-18% of an organic-inorganic compound; wherein the organic and inorganic compound is prepared from the following components in molar ratio: 3 to 10 percent of mixture of 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazole-3-ketone and 2-methylisothiazole-3-ketone, 5 to 15 percent of zinc ions and 75 to 90 percent of water.
