Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a strain of bacillus, which is preserved in the China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC) on April 27, 2021 by using bacillus sp. MZ-4E4, and the preservation number is CCTCC NO: M2021465; according to the invention, the bacillus is further applied to a high-concentration tobacco waste water extract; in some embodiments, the bacillus is inoculated into a high-concentration tobacco waste water extract for fermentation, and the fermented product is made into tobacco sheets. 本发明提供一株芽孢杆菌，该芽孢杆菌于2021年04月27日以芽孢杆菌Bacillus sp.MZ-4E4保藏于中国典型培养物保藏中心，保藏号为CCTCC NO:M2021465；本发明进一步将前述所述的芽孢杆菌应用于高浓度烟草废弃物水提液；在一些实施方式中，将前述所述的芽孢杆菌接入高浓度烟草废弃物水提液中进行发酵，并将发酵物制作成烟草薄片。
