Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an activation dispersing agent which comprises the following components in parts by mass per 100 parts: 10-16 parts of Cr, 0-3 parts of W, 20-26 parts of Co, 8-13 parts of Ta, 4-9 parts of Mo, 5-9 parts of Ti, 2-3.5 parts of Nb, 1.3-4 parts of Al, 0-3 parts of Re and the balance of Ni. The activating and dispersing agent can be applied to additive repair and instantaneous liquid phase connection of nickel-based high-temperature alloy components. The activation diffusant is low in melting temperature, and has small influence on the structure and performance of a repair area; and a heterogeneous weakening phase is not generated, a high-strength microscopic structure can be obtained in an application area, the problems of additive repair and connection of the nickel-based high-temperature alloy component are solved, and the method has wide and important application value.
