The perovskite of cyclopropylamine (c-C3), cyclobutylamine (c-C4), cyclopentylamine (c-C5), cyclohexylamine (c-C6), isopropylamine (2-C3), sec-butylamine (2-C4), n-propylamine (1-C3) and n-butylamine (1-C4) is prepared through an anti-solvent method, a slow cooling crystallization method and the like.
