The motor includes: a housing; the stator iron core is fixed in the machine shell, a crack flow channel is formed between the outer side wall of the stator iron core and the inner side wall of the machine shell, and the crack flow channel is arranged to be a net-shaped cooling flow channel for cooling fluid to flow; the stator winding is arranged on the stator iron core; and the rotor is rotatably sleeved on the inner side of the stator iron core. Compared with the scheme that a plurality of axial oil grooves are only formed in the outer side wall of the stator iron core, the net-shaped cooling flow channel has a larger heat dissipation surface area, and therefore the heat dissipation capacity of the motor can be further improved.
