The invention discloses a control device which comprises a plurality of control cabinets, a heat dissipation cavity is formed in at least one control cabinet, a heat dissipation module and a heat dissipation device are installed in the heat dissipation cavity, and the heat dissipation module conducts heat dissipation through the heat dissipation device; heat transfer cavities are formed in the other control cabinets, heating elements and heat transfer modules are installed in the heat transfer cavities, and the heat transfer modules are used for transferring heat generated by the heating elements; the control device further comprises a heat conduction plate, and the heat conduction plate connects the heat dissipation module and the heat transfer module so that heat of the heat transfer module can be transferred to the heat dissipation module through the heat conduction plate. Each heat transfer module transfers heat to the heat dissipation module through a heat conduction plate, and the heat dissipation modul
