The device comprises an oligomerization reactor, the circulation pipeline is led out from the top of the oligomerization reactor and returns to the oligomerization reactor, a gas compression device, a heat exchanger and a gas-liquid separator are sequentially arranged on the circulation pipeline, the gas compression device is connected with the top of the oligomerization reactor, and a gas phase outlet and a liquid phase outlet of the gas-liquid separator are respectively communicated with the inside of the oligomerization reactor. A solvent used in the process can comprise a low-boiling-point component and a high-boiling-point component, the low-boiling-point component is selected from C3-C5 hydrocarbons, and the high-boiling-point component is selected from C6-C10 hydrocarbons.
