A display panel includes a driving substrate, a display substrate, and a connecting layer. The driving substrate comprises a first binding electrode and a driving circuit of the display panel. The display substrate comprises a second binding electrode and a display unit of the display panel. And the second binding electrode corresponds to the first binding electrode of the driving substrate. The connecting layer is arranged between the driving substrate and the display substrate and comprises conductive adhesive and adhesive.
