The embodiment of the invention discloses a working condition recognition method, a processor, a system and an excavator. The working condition recognition method comprises the steps that pilot pressure data of the excavator are obtained; determining whether the excavator is in a cyclic operation state or not according to the pilot pressure data; under the condition that the excavator is in the cyclic operation state, main pump pressure data of the excavator in the cyclic operation state is obtained; the pressure proportion of the main pump pressure data in the preset interval is determined; and outputting the pressure proportion, so that the working condition identification equipment inputs the pressure proportion into a preset model, and thus working condition information is obtained. According to the method, the excavator is determined to be in the cyclic operation state according to the pilot pressure data, and the pressure proportion of the main pump pressure data for working condition identification is
