The invention discloses a conveying tray and a packaging system for medical articles. The invention relates to a transport tray (20) for medical articles (50), the tray (20) being provided with a plurality of accommodating spaces (21), each accommodating space (21) being used for accommodating an individual medical article (50); the lower surface of the tray (20) has a plurality of caps arranged and dimensioned such that when the tray (20) is stacked on the same second tray, the caps (25) of the tray (20) can close the accommodation space of the second tray. The invention also relates to a packaging system (100) comprising: a container (10) having an opening, a bottom (10a) and a peripheral wall (10b); a stack of a plurality of trays (20); and the porous cover (40) is sealed on the upper edge of the peripheral wall (10b) of the container (10) so as to close the container (10).
