The system comprises a diesel power generation module, a photovoltaic power generation module, a wind power generation module, a super capacitor, a storage battery pack, a constant-voltage current-limiting charging and discharging module, a mobile power supply vehicle and a multi-source field operation control module. The diesel power generation module, the photovoltaic power generation module and the wind power generation module are connected to the input of the constant-voltage current-limiting charging and discharging module; the multi-source field operation control module provides a driving electric signal for the constant-voltage current-limiting charging and discharging module; the constant-voltage current-limiting charging and discharging module only charges one of the super capacitor and the storage battery pack at the same time; and the constant-voltage current-limiting charging and discharging module provides electric energy
