Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an austenitic stainless steel hydrogen embrittlement-resistant weldment for hydrogen energy equipment and a preparation method. The content of ferrite in the austenitic stainless steel hydrogen embrittlement-resistant weldment is 7%-9%, and the content of dendritic ferrite accounts for more than 70% of the total content of the ferrite. According to the invention, more channels can be provided for diffusion of hydrogen atoms through the dendritic form characteristic of ferrite, the enrichment degree of the hydrogen atoms at the two-phase interface of austenite and ferrite is reduced, overall hydrogen distribution of a weldment can be homogenized through dominant distribution of the dendritic form, and therefore the hydrogen embrittlement resistance of the weldment is improved. 本发明公开了一种氢能装备用奥氏体不锈钢抗氢脆焊件及制备方法,该奥氏体不锈钢抗氢脆焊件内的铁素体含量为7%~9%,且树枝状铁素体的含量在铁素体总含量中的占比大于70%。本发明中,铁素体的树枝状形态特征能够为氢原子的扩散提供更多通道,降低氢原子在奥氏体与铁素体两相界面处的富集程度,且树枝状形态的主导分布能够均匀化焊件整体的氢分布,以此提高焊件的抗氢脆性能。
