The invention provides a pulse diagnosis device. The pulse diagnosis device comprises at least one telescopic bag, at least one sensor and at least one positioning piece. The telescopic bag is provided with a sensing surface, and the sensing surface is provided with a first end and an opposite second end. The sensor is arranged on the sensing surface and is provided with a sensing area, wherein at least one part of the sensing area extends from the first end to the second end or protrudes out of the second end. At least one part of the positioning piece is arranged along the second end so as to position the sensor at the second end.
