Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a wind-solar-thermal storage double-layer scheduling method considering heat storage transformation and optimal energy abandoning to cooperatively promote carbon emission reduction. The method comprises the steps of firstly, modeling the heat storage transformation operation state of a thermal power generating unit; then establishing a multi-target upper-layer model with minimum power grid net load variance and energy abandoning; secondly, establishing a carbon transaction cost model, and based on the carbon transaction cost model, establishing a lower-layer model which aims at minimizing the total cost of the system and the carbon transaction cost; and finally, properly changing an energy abandoning upper limit constraint, and calling a gurobi solver for calculation based on a yalmip platform in an MATLAB environment.
