When the structure is used as an electrode, the porous carbon shell effectively improves the electronic conductivity of the silicon electrode and lightens the volume expansion of the silicon particles, so that the cycling stability of the silicon electrode is improved. 本发明公开了一种硅电极材料的制备方法,采用微波处理三异丁基硅烷的方式制备硅电极材料。采用本发明的技术方案,可以制备纳米硅颗粒被多孔碳壳包覆的核壳结构。当该结构用作电极时,多孔碳壳有效提升了硅电极的电子导电性且缓轻了硅颗粒的体积膨胀,从而提高了硅电极的循环稳定性。
