The invention discloses a novel wastewater evaporation crystallizer which comprises a vertical evaporator cylinder, a flue gas mechanism and a wastewater spraying mechanism, wherein the flue gas mechanism and the wastewater spraying mechanism are matched with the evaporator cylinder; the flue gas mechanism comprises a flue gas inlet pipeline, a bypass flue gas inlet pipeline and a flue gas outlet pipeline, the flue gas inlet pipeline is arranged on the lower portion of the evaporator barrel, the bypass flue gas inlet pipeline is arranged in the middle of the evaporator barrel, and the flue gas outlet pipeline is arranged on the top of the evaporator barrel; the wastewater spraying mechanism comprises double nozzles which are arranged in different positions, and the spraying directions of the double nozzles are oppositely arranged; the double nozzles are arranged in the center of a barrel body of the evaporation crystallizer and are respectively an upper nozzle and a lower nozzle, the lower nozzle is positione
