Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of an organic/inorganic hybrid electron transport layer with a porous structure. The method comprises the following steps: preparing a sol-gel method zinc oxide precursor solution, stirring overnight, preparing an organic matter PEIE aqueous solution, fully mixing the solutions, spin-coating an ITO substrate with the solution, and annealing at 150 DEG C for 30 minutes; and after annealing is finished, cooling to room temperature, and finally spin-coating the annealed substrate with 2-methoxyethanol to form a hole structure. The preparation method is simple and easy to implement, and the high-efficiency and high-stability organic solar cell is prepared by adjusting the concentration of the PEIE aqueous solution, the morphology of the electron transport layer and the content of organic matter. When the preparation method disclosed by the invention is applied to three systems, namely PBDB-T/DTPPSe-2F, PM6/Y6 and PTB7-Th/PC71BM, the efficiency is improved by 8%.
