The recombinant plasmid is transfected into CHO through stable transfection, and recombinant CHO cell lines capable of expressing exogenous ACE2 protein is constructed by means of immunofluorescence and Western-blot technology under screening of G418 with stress. 本发明涉及可以表达外源鸭ACE2的重组质粒pcDNA3.1-ACE2的构建以及鉴定,以及CHO细胞G418压力筛选浓度的确定,通过稳定转染将该重组质粒转染进CHO内,在G418压力筛选下,借助免疫荧光及Western-blot技术构建了可以表达外源ACE2蛋白的重组CHO细胞系。
