Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a low-temperature mesoporous carbon-based perovskite solar cell with a simple structure. The low-temperature mesoporous carbon-based perovskite solar cell comprises a substrate, and a transparent conductive layer, a compact electron transport layer, a mesoporous barrier layer and a carbon electrode are sequentially arranged on the surface of the substrate from bottom to top. Perovskite is permeated and filled in the whole mesoporous skeleton to form a stable device whole body. According to the low-temperature mesoporous carbon-based perovskite solar cell, a common mesoporous TiO2 electron transport layer and TiO2 nanocrystalline serving as a carbon electrode adhesive are removed. By removing TiO2, defect loss can be effectively reduced, and preparation of high-performance devices is promoted; meanwhile, the device degradation risk caused by photocatalytic activity can be avoided.
