The invention discloses a load-sensitive multi-way valve with load ports independently controlled and a hydraulic system. The load-sensitive multi-way valve with the load ports independently controlled comprises an oil inlet unit, at least one working unit, and an oil inlet path and an oil return path which communicate with the oil inlet unit and each working unit. Each working unit comprises a reversing control valve element, an oil return control valve element, a pressure compensation valve, a shuttle valve and a working unit load feedback oil port, wherein a first working oil path is connected to the first load port, a second working oil path is connected to the second load port, the shuttle valve is used for feeding back the maximum pressure of hydraulic oil of the working unit, the first working oil path and the second working oil path are connected to the oil inlet path through the reversing control valve element and the pressure compensation valve respectively, and are connected to the oil return path
