description The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical engineering, and more specifically relates to an in-situ self-crosslinking acrylate miniemulsion and a preparation method thereof. Closed isocyanate polymer modified fatty alcohol is introduced into an oil phase to serve as a co-stabilizer with reaction activity, isocyanate and co-stabilizer fatty alcohol can be jointly located on an interface of emulsion droplet particles due to grafting connection, and the effect of a co-stabilizer is achieved. Experiments prove that: the prepared adhesive film is high in cross-linking efficiency and good in stability. Compared with a simply compounded co-stabilizer and cross-linking agent isocyanate system, the mechanical property of the acrylic acid miniemulsion is obviously improved after the acrylic acid miniemulsion forms a film. A hydrodynamic cavitation method is adopted for emulsification, the emulsification speed is high, and stable fine emulsion with the particle size of 200 nm or below can be obtained throu
