Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing alkoxy disilane by using organic silicon high-boiling-point substances. The method comprises the steps: distilling a fraction with the boiling point of 130-160 DEG C by rectifying the high-boiling-point substances to obtain chlorine-containing disilane; adding the disilane compound into a reaction kettle, dropwise adding alcohol for alcoholysis, introducing nitrogen in the alcoholysis process to take out part of hydrogen chloride gas, removing residual acid by adopting a special neutralizer after alcoholysis is completed, and filtering to obtain alkoxy disilane and salt; and adding water into the neutralized salt, dissolving, adding sodium hydroxide to neutralize to be neutral, separating out a water layer, and distilling an oil layer to remove trace water to be reused as a special neutralizer.
