Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a laser endorsement system and an endorsement method thereof. The endorsement system comprises a control system, and further comprises a printing and photographing combined machine table, a certificate overturning machine table, a laser printing device, a camera device and a plurality of sensors which are in communication connection with the control system. The printing and photographing combined machine table is configured to drive a certificate to move horizontally to reach or leave a preset printing and photographing position, and the certificate overturning machine table is configured to drive the certificate to move horizontally to reach or leave a preset horizontal movement position. The certificate overturning machine table is further configured to overturn the certificate to a preset overturning position when the certificate reaches the preset horizontal movement position.
