Automatic separation adjusting system and method for dry magnetic separator

The invention provides an automatic separation adjusting system and method for a dry magnetic separator. The automatic separation adjusting system structurally comprises a dry magnetic separator body, an ore feeding conveying belt is connected with a separation magnetic cylinder through a feeder, and an ore separation device is located below the separation magnetic cylinder; an ore data acquisition unit for detecting the iron content of ore is arranged above a concentrate conveying belt and/or a tailing conveying belt, and a control module controls a rotating speed adjusting device to adjust the rotating speed of the separation magnetic cylinder and controls the ore separation adjusting device to adjust the position of the ore separation device. According to the present invention, the ore is separated under the high-speed rotation of the separation magnetic cylinder, so that the separation of concentrate and tailings is achieved; the control module obtains the iron content of the concentrate or the tailings,
