The invention provides a cloud rendering framework platform applied to a virtual augmented reality technology, and a cloud rendering system and a cloud rendering method based on the platform. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring local video frame data; matching at least one video frame VR model and outputting at least one video VR image; sampling the video VR image and then outputting a plurality of sampling VR images; sending the plurality of sampling VR images to a cloud end for rendering; performing fusion calculation on a cloud rendering result, the local video frame and the video VR image; and outputting a virtual augmented reality image and the like. The system comprises a local video subsystem, a local VR subsystem, a sampling VR subsystem and an AR enhancement cloud rendering subsystem. The cloud rendering platform communicates with a wearable device comprising a video capture device, a video sampling processing terminal and a video display terminal.
