The lipid-lowering medicinal composition is prepared from the components in percentage by mass: 10%-60% of justicidin B, 4%-60% of stephania sinica diels methyl ether and 3%-50% of new justicidin B. According to the lipid-lowering medicinal composition, the expression of apolipoprotein A-II and apolipoprotein C-II is up-regulated, so that the effect of accelerating lipid transfer negative regulation is generated; and the anticoagulant effect is generated by down-regulating expression of protein AMBP and prothrombin, the anti-platelet aggregation effect is generated by down-regulating expression of fibrinogen, and the antithrombotic effect is achieved through anticoagulation and anti-platelet aggregation.
