Zusammenfassung:The invention provides an AgInS2 quantum dot and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that 1, a surfactant, a modifier, indium acetate, silver acetate and sodium sulfide are dissolved in water, and a pH value is adjusted to be 7-12, so a mixed solution is obtained, wherein the surfactant is polyacrylic acid with a polymerization degree of 2,000 to 1250,000, and the modifier is L-cysteine; and 2, carrying out a hydrothermal reaction on the mixed solution to obtain a solution of the AgInS2 quantum dot. According to the method, the optical performance of the AgInS2 quantum dot is remarkably improved, and the raw materials are safe and non-toxic. 本发明提供一种AgInS2量子点及其制备方法和应用,包括:步骤1、将表面活性剂、修饰剂、醋酸铟、醋酸银和硫化钠溶于水,并调节pH为7~12,得到混合溶液;其中,表面活性剂为聚合度在2000~1250000的聚丙烯酸;修饰剂为L-半胱氨酸;步骤2、将混合溶液进行水热反应,得到AgInS2量子点的溶液。本发明方法显著提高了AgInS2量子点光学性能,且原料安全无毒。
